Debbie joined Pantana in September 2005 and celebrated 21 years with the firm in 2026. Having served in a variety of roles over the years, she brings a deep understanding of the firm and its clients to her current focus on marketing. She coordinates social media, website content updates, team features, and community-event coverage, finding creative ways to share Pantana’s expertise and the personalities behind the firm.
Client communication remains a big part of her role, from inquiries, scheduling, and engagement letters to document requests, portal access, billing questions, and follow-ups. She also assists with Dempsey Property Management rentals and provides office support for Glitzy Goats as needed. Her background includes customer service, business analysis, auditing, and office administration, and she has served as PTSA president, vice president of the Cherokee Council of PTAs, and treasurer of the River Ridge Quarterback Club.
Outside the office, Debbie enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with family and friends. A true summer lover, she’s happiest spending a warm afternoon by the pool or at the beach.
What song do you sing along with in the car? I prefer pop but enjoy different genres as well, and I enjoy singing any songs that I know the words to.
How would you spend a free afternoon? Shopping, or spending a warm summer day by the pool or at the beach!
What’s a book, movie, or TV show you enjoyed recently? I recently enjoyed The Five-Star Weekend series. I’m a streaming-series binge-watching kinda gal, and I love true crime podcasts.
