Administrative Assistant
Rachael joined Pantana in August 2026 and has worked in administrative roles since 2012. She supports the team and clients, assists with Dempsey Property Management, and helps keep everything running smoothly around the office. Organization is one of her strengths, and she loves being the person who keeps all the moving pieces together.
Outside of work, Rachael is a proud mom of two. Her 14-year-old keeps her busy with marching band, and her oldest is a freshman at Kennesaw State University. When she isn’t cheering them on, you can usually find her hiking the trails or at a spin class.
What song do you sing along with in the car? I’ll never pass up the chance to sing along to Bon Jovi’s “Livin’ on a Prayer.”
What would you treat yourself to with $100? A new pair of gym shoes or a cute workout outfit!
What’s a book, movie, or TV show you enjoyed recently? I’m a sucker for a good romantic comedy! One of my recent favorites is The Idea of You. I love a movie that makes me laugh, smile, and maybe even shed a happy tear!
